The site is in a sustainable location with good links to nearby local services and facilities which are accessible by walking and cycling. There is also a regular bus service to Leicester. 

 

Vehicle access to the site would be via a new
T- junction off Ratby Lane which would provide suitable visibility and traffic management. 

 

A Transport Assessment has been carried out, including a review of accident data, a vehicle speed survey and an assessment of the proposed development and associated traffic. This will be submitted with the planning application.
